From a tenant perspective, the Park presents an opportunity for aviation and aviation-related companies to work closely with the FAA, academic institutions and industry peers on the commercialization of NextGen technology and other technologies.

A key attraction is the presence of federal laboratories within the Park, which few other locations possess. As with most research parks, the opportunity to participate in federally and/or privately funded research which facilitates technology commercialization exists at ARTP as well.

Atlantic City International Airport sits next to the Park and presents ready test bed for technology that will be developed at ARTP.
